About the award:

The Ingeniera of the Year Award recognizes an honoree who is dedicated to the Latina engineer community. This individual seeks to positively impact our community through representation, education, awareness, community, or support.

Recipient will be honored by the Latina Engineer community at the International Latina Engineer Week Conference 2022. She will be invited to give a short speech of their work and accomplishments at the Celebration.
The winner will be on display on the Latina Engineer website to demonstrate their success and to encourage others to strive or expand their journey and achieve this award.
