Join Our Mentoring Program!
Our Goal:
The goal of this program is to connect rising Ingenieras with Ingenieras who have experience working in industry and to create a safe space to grow and be curious about their future careers.
This program is designed to give mentees and mentors the opportunity to have conversations about career, life goals, struggles, discuss opportunity for growth, and more.
This program is structured to run for 6 months, but we hope mentors and mentees to have lasting connections with each other beyond their 6 months together in this program and for Ingenieras to continue to unite and support one another in their life and career!

June 20th, 2022 Mentor application deadline
July 6th, 2022 Mentee applications deadline
July 20th, 2022 Mentor acceptances
July 27th, 2022 Mentee acceptances
Early August Mentor training and launch of program
August to January Mentoring program runs
Mentee Application
Participation Description:
- This program is a 6-month long commitment
- Mentees must be Engineering students or early professionals (less than 2 yrs of experience)
- Each mentee will meet with each mentor at least once a month
- Sessions will be customized by mentor/mentee
- Mentoring is free to mentees

Mentor Application
Participation Description:
- Mentor opportunities are voluntarily
- This program is a 6-month long commitment
- Each mentor will be asked to mentor 2 mentees (students or new grads)
- Each mentor will meet with each mentee at least once a month
- Each session will have a structured topic that should be covered to ensure that each mentee will get the most out of their experience in the program.
