From exploring the vital roles of Latinas in engineering and the Latinx community to addressing the challenges we face and providing strategies for overcoming them, I am committed to inspiring action and change. With a network of over 15,000 women in STEM, I have experience in highlighting the path to find your place and develop as sense of belonging in your field. Furthermore, we examine what it truly means to be a Latina in STEM, emphasizing the rich and diverse contributions that Latinas bring to the field. With a combination of my personal experiences and key actions, Latinas are set to leave inspired and feeling like they can conquer the world.
